The Executive Casino Host of Asian Marketing is responsible for ensuring that Caesars Entertainment casino guests enjoy a favorable gaming and leisure experience, authorizing complementarities in accordance with guidelines and acting on behalf of premium, casino guests to secure reservations, tickets, transportation and other items casino guests may require. 


 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization with integrity, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks while fostering a culture of ethics, accountability, and open reporting. 

  • Communicate key information to host staff, assist with problem resolution and credit decisions, and authorize airfare reimbursements beyond host limits. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value casino guests through personalized service, telemarketing, and active prospecting for new business. 

  • Analyze slot and table game activity, evaluate casino credit, and make complimentary and credit decisions within established guidelines. 

  • Provide exceptional guest service by arranging travel, reservations, event participation, and on-property experiences. 

  • Resolve customer billing and credit disputes and support collections efforts as needed.

  • Partner with casino operations to identify, recruit, and retain new and existing casino customers. 

  • Participate in casino marketing promotions and special events while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. 

  • Authorize casino credit up to $50,000 and airfare reimbursement up to $5,000 in accordance with company guidelines. 

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Caesars Entertainment and support host staff with customer issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Required to speak either Mandarin, Korean, or Vietnamese fluently.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of casino host experience required. 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with casino management systems. 

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. 

  • Ability to effectively balance time between casino floor presence and guest outreach through telemarketing. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills, with a professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities. 

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment. 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of casino operations, including table games, slots, theoretical and actual win, and comp evaluation practices. 

  • Proven ability to analyze player activity and build lasting customer relationships. 

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card.

     

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

  • Frequent telephone communication and multitasking in a busy guest-facing setting. 

  • Requires prolonged periods of walking and standing throughout the shift. 

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. 

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to established grooming and personal hygiene standards.
