Banquet Server On Call – Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin
Job Summary
At Harrah’s Laughlin, we deliver more than just meals—we create memorable moments. As a Banquet Server, you’ll be part of a team that embodies Caesars Family Style Service, where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence come together to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism at banquet functions.
Set up and break down banquet areas, including moving tables, stacking chairs, and rolling linens.
Carry large trays (minimum of six dinners) with confidence and care.
Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas throughout your shift.
Wash and return silverware and utensils, ensuring readiness for the next event.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Provide friendly, efficient service while working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Collaborate with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations
Qualifications
Work Environment
- High‑energy, casino setting
- Exposure to secondhand smoke, bright lights, and loud noise
- Long periods of standing, bending, reaching, and walking
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
What We’re Looking For
Must be 21 years or older.
At least 1 year of banquet or food service experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
