Harrah’s Laughlin is looking for an energetic, service‑driven Hotel Valet Cashier who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll embody our Family Style Service—warm, welcoming, and committed to making every guest feel at home.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring smooth valet operations.
• Process valet transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and validations with precision and professionalism.
• Communicate with valet attendants to coordinate vehicle retrieval and maintain timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service standards, creating memorable moments for every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and support overall valet operations as needed.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
• Previous cashier or guest‑service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
