Eminence Medical Aesthetics, a premier aesthetics practice serving the Princeton area since 2013, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly capable Medical Assistant.


The ideal candidate is personable, polished, quick-thinking, and able to anticipate the needs of providers and patients in a fast-paced, luxury medical aesthetics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for aesthetic procedures
  • Manage efficient room setup, turnover, sanitation, and restocking
  • Prepare patients for treatment, including applying topical numbing cream
  • Capture consistent, high-quality before-and-after photos
  • Assist providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures
  • Process and prepare PRP and EZ Gel
  • Reconstitute neurotoxins and prepare Botox and filler syringes, as legally permitted and under appropriate clinical supervision
  • Maintain inventory, expiration tracking, and accurate documentation
  • Support patient flow and help providers remain on schedule
  • Assist with front-desk duties as needed, including phones, scheduling, and patient check-in and checkout
  • Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice standards


Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical training preferred
  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a procedure-based practice strongly preferred
  • Experience with injectable setup, PRP/EZ Gel preparation, and neurotoxin reconstitution is highly desirable
  • Friendly, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail
  • Confident communicator with an elevated, patient-focused approach
  • Able to work efficiently, take initiative, and transition seamlessly between clinical and administrative responsibilities
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork
