Primary Purpose: The custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all assigned areas. Fulfills other custodial tasks in accordance with company policies & procedures.
Essential Functions:
? Perform daily cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, trash removal, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, window cleaning, floor prep, floor waxing, carpet extraction, and general housekeeping duties.
? Report major repairs needed to the Maintenance Director.
? Report any personnel issues to the Head Custodian.
Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required or Preferred:
? High school graduate.
? Ability to work one-on-one with students and staff.
? Ability to work inside and outside in a variety of environments.
? Two to four years of building maintenance experience preferred.
