What You'll Do 

  • Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process. 
  • Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. 
  • Sort, separate, and handle printed materials according to job specifications. 
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, hoists, and other production support equipment. 
  • Label, band, wrap, and secure finished products for storage, transfer, or customer shipment. 
  • Complete production records and maintain accurate inventory and material tracking information. 
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards. 
  • Work closely with operators and team members to keep production flowing safely and efficiently. 
  • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment. 

What We're Looking For 

No bindery experience? No problem. We'll train you. 

We're looking for people who: 

  • Have experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, construction, or other hands-on environments. 
  • Enjoy physical, active work and staying busy throughout the shift. 
  • Are dependable and committed to showing up and contributing to the team. 
  • Pay attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work. 
  • Can follow written instructions and work safely in a production environment. 
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. 

It's a Plus If You Have 

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience. 
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. 
  • Experience working in a print, packaging, paper converting, or production environment. 
  • Knowledge of inventory, shipping, or production documentation processes. 

Physical & Work Environment 

  • Stand and walk for most of the shift. 
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. 
  • Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities. 
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels. 
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety footwear.
