A facility in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team! $8,000 sign-on bonus available! Open to new graduates!

Pay Range: $32.00–$49.00/hour (based on experience)
Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position
Nights; 10- or 12-hour shifts available
Open to new graduates
$8,000 sign-on bonus
Provide comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units, including the ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment delivery, oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator/NIV management.
Work independently while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team. Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and changing patient needs while effectively prioritizing and managing a full caseload.

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

Must have CRT or RRT credentials from the NBRC
Must have or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license
Must be comfortable caring for neonatal/pediatric populations
Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred
New graduates encouraged to apply
