Schedule Monday through Friday - Second Shift 3 PM to 11:30 PM Occasional weekends and holidays as needed Reliable attendance is an essential function of this role a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What You'll Do Maintain carpets and hard-surface flooring throughout the community Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors Dry and wet mop floors, stairwells, and common areas Clean entrance mats, upholstery, wheelchairs, vents, and grills Clean carpets in vacant apartments, cottages, and resident living spaces Operate and maintain floor care equipment Remove trash and waste materials from designated areas Move furniture to support cleaning and floor maintenance projects Assist with emergency spill cleanup and other environmental services needs Report equipment, furniture, and building repair needs Follow infection control, safety, compliance, and housekeeping procedures Participate in required training and departmental meetings What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous floor care, custodial, housekeeping, environmental services, or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to safely operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach Commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality Why Join Peter Becker Community?
