What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
- Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture.
Work Environment
- Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
- Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
