About the role
The Level 2 Regional Sales Manager owns the performance, development, and relationships of Reps within an assigned region. This is Sharetown’s primary day-to-day coaching role and is responsible for helping Reps sell inventory, improve consistency, advance through the Rep Levels, and grow sustainable Sharetown businesses. Level 2 Managers remain actively involved with Reps at every level. They use support from Level 1 Managers to expand their reach while retaining full accountability for regional results and Rep development.
What you'll do
- Own Rep relationships, performance, retention, and revenue within an assigned region.
- Guide Reps toward consistent weekly selling and advancement.
- Help Reps expand inventory, coverage, storage, helpers, and selling capacity.
- Support established Reps with inventory strategy, shipments, retention, and targeted problem-solving.
- Conduct regular Rep and regional audits.
- Identify at-risk Reps and create clear intervention and follow-up plans.
- Review Level 1 Manager findings and determine which Reps require deeper coaching.
- Prioritize and assign appropriate outreach or account-review work to Level 1 Managers
- Partner with inventory, dispatch, operations, and support teams to address regional inventory needs.
- Manage Rep expectations regarding inventory availability, shipments, recruiting, and allocation.
- Maintain accurate coaching notes, action plans, and follow-up commitments.
- Champion a positive, accountable, and results-focused sales culture.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience as an account executive, high level SDR, account manager, business development rep, or sales leader.
- Strong judgment, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn findings into action.
- Comfortable holding direct coaching and accountability conversations.
- Ability to balance individual Rep needs with broader regional priorities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and effective in a hybrid work environment.
