Key Refrigeration Supply is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Springfield, Illinois branch. This position plays a vital role in serving our customers by ensuring accurate deliveries, maintaining warehouse operations, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

· Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer job sites using a company vehicle.

· Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully and securely.

· Verify orders for accuracy before deliveries and customer pickups.

· Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.

· Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

· Assist customers picking up orders at the branch.

· Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles.

· Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, as applicable.

· Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.

Qualifications

· Valid CDL license w/ HM endorsement and a clean driving record.

· Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.

· Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.

· Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed).

· Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

· Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
