Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder II to join our production team in Lenexa, KS. If you've got solid MIG welding experience and can weld straight from a print, we want you building Grapples, Spotters, and Sidney Products alongside a skilled production team.

The Details

• Pay: $24.00/hour, plus more depending on experience
• Location: Lenexa, KS
• Experience: 4–7 years

What You'll Do

• MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Build Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney Products
• Read prints and weld to print with accuracy
• Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks
• Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production
• Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• May provide training to others on welding, assembly, inspection, or test procedures

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–7 years of welding experience
• Welding Certification required
• Ability to read prints and weld to print
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently
