Job DetailsJob Location: Cobalt TN - Lenoir, TN 37771Job Title: Lamination Technician  Department: Lamination Reports To: Department Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Summary: Applies fiberglass and resin to gel coated molds by performing the following duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Move parts into position into the Lamination Department.  Prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards.  Select appropriate fiberglass material according to part model. Roll out laminate eliminating air bubbles using specific hand tools, rollers, etc.  Trim excess material from mold using cutting tool.  Mix catalyst into resin using proper handling procedures.   Cut fiberglass mat from spool as needed using scissors.  Use mill gage to accurately determine material thickness.   Other duties may be assigned. QualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, on individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
