Job DetailsJob Location: Cobalt TN - Lenoir, TN 37771Job Title: Sub Assembly Technician Department: Assembly Reports To: Department Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Summary Assembly of component parts used in assembly of boats such as ballast tanks, fuel tanks, heaters, stereo and electrical components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Apply high energy, self-motivation, and initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes. Ability to use safely and effectively high-speed pneumatic and battery powered power tools (drills, drivers etc.), hand tools etc. Must be able to read drawings and specifications Complete required documentation of finished parts for production purposes Daily job duties will be varied and dynamic. Workload will be tracked via daily schedules and assignments requiring responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion. Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including eye, hearing, etc.). Practice good housekeeping.
