For decades, our organization has worked alongside unions and membership organizations throughout North America, helping their members access information about benefit programs designed for them and their families.
Our approach is built around clear communication, dependable service, and long-term relationships. As a fully unionized benefits organization, we understand the communities we serve and the importance of providing members with knowledgeable, professional support.
As we continue expanding virtually, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a flexible career while making a positive difference for the families they work with.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work directly with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about their benefits. Rather than cold outreach, your conversations will focus on helping members understand their available programs and determine which options may be appropriate for their circumstances.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Connecting with members through scheduled phone and video appointments
- Learning about each family's individual needs and priorities
- Reviewing available benefit and coverage options
- Explaining programs in clear, straightforward language
- Answering questions and providing helpful information
- Assisting members with applications and digital documentation
- Following up after appointments when additional assistance is needed
- Providing continued support to existing members
- Maintaining accurate and organized client information
- Developing professional, long-term relationships with the families you serve
What You'll Have Access To
We provide the systems, training, and support needed to develop in the position and pursue long-term career growth.
- Fully Remote Work — perform your responsibilities virtually from home
- Flexible Scheduling — greater independence when organizing your working hours
- Weekly Compensation — with additional performance-based bonus opportunities
- Residual Earnings — opportunities for qualifying ongoing renewal income
- Training & Development — structured training designed to help you learn the position
- Personal Mentorship — continued one-on-one coaching and professional guidance
- Career Advancement — performance-based opportunities to take on greater responsibilities
- Leadership Development — pathways for individuals interested in future leadership positions
- Health Benefits — qualifying health, dental, and vision coverage
- Performance Incentives — recognition programs including opportunities to qualify for company-sponsored travel to destinations such as Cancun, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, Disney, and the Bahamas
