About the Role:

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of a location to ensure exceptional service delivery and achievement of business objectives. This role focuses on driving branch sales growth by cultivating a strong sales culture and implementing effective outbound calling strategies to engage potential and existing clients. The Branch Manager will manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth while maintaining AFS standards. Ultimately, the Branch Manager plays a critical role in executing business strategies that enhance the branch’s market presence and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record in sales management, particularly in branch sales and outbound calling.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Experience working within a flooring environment.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including outbound calling campaigns, to expand the branch’s client base.
  • Manage daily branch operations ensuring AFS standards.
  • Oversee the commercial loan process from application through approval and servicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong business-to-business relationships to support community engagement and business development.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to foster a positive sales culture and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align branch goals with overall business strategy and objectives.
