The Job at a Glance

Unlimited Service is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Help Desk Analyst. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, including managing mobile devices, imaging computers, and overseeing asset and inventory management. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy helping others, and are excited to develop your skills in a dynamic IT environment, we want to hear from you!

A Typical Day

• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads.
• Perform imaging and configuration for Windows desktops and laptops.
• Support hardware, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Oversee asset management and maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, supplies, and devices.
• Collaborate with team members to document IT-related policies, processes, and workflows. 

To Land This Opportunity

• Basic understanding of Windows computers, Microsoft Office 355, and Apple mobile devices
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with industry changes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• A collaborative team player. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, on-site position located in Lexington, SC.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on job demands.
• No travel required for this position.
