Inside Sales/Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and has experience in sales, distribution, or the low-voltage / electrical / telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations at the sales counter
Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and quote requests
Generate and follow up on sales quotes to close business
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
Prior inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
Experience in electrical, low-voltage, security, or telecom products is a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and order entry systems
