Summary: Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making.  May be asked to lead, or train lower level counselors, students and/or interns engaged in therapeutic patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team Participates in peer review process for therapists All other duties as assigned by supervisor   Qualification Requirements:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
