Position Details Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Full-Time DAY SHIFT ONLY 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating weekends New graduates welcome Location: Liberty County Jail – Liberty, TX What You'll Do As an LVN with TK Health, you'll provide hands-on nursing care based on the individual needs of patients within the facility while working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct nursing care to patients Administering medications and treatments as ordered Monitoring and responding to patient healthcare needs Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborating with nursing and medical staff Following established nursing standards, procedures, and safety protocols Helping provide consistent, quality healthcare in a structured clinical environment Qualifications Valid, unrestricted LVN license Current CPR certification Ability to successfully complete a background check Why Correctional Healthcare?
