What You'll Do

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: 

• Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Support equipment installations and preventative maintenance projects
• Assist experienced technicians in the field while learning the trade
• Help with warehouse operations, deliveries, and shop organization
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for projects
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help identify solutions
• Complete service documentation and work reports
• Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-focused work environment
• Deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers

Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• HVAC
• Refrigeration
• Construction
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Maintenance
• Mechanical repair
• Warehouse or delivery operations

No HVAC or refrigeration experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. 

Compensation

$22-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New to the trade? $20-$25/hr. Experienced HVAC/R tech? $35-$40/hr. Commission-based pay may also be an option. Reach out and let's talk.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall fit
