What You'll Do

Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Observe and document children's growth and development.
Guide children's social-emotional development using positive behavior strategies.
Maintain a healthy and safe classroom while following all licensing requirements.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to create the best possible experience for every child.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred.
Must meet Pennsylvania state licensing requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required for child care duties.
