QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form in a clear and straightforward manner 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and company personnel  
  • Ability to deal with the customers, suppliers, and outside public in a professional manner 
  • Ability to maintain confidentially of all company information is mandatory
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure 
  • Ability to Multitask and Manage Multiple Projects at a Time
  • Must be proficient when using a computer, being self-sufficient when developing, and creating training material
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or above – Excel (formulas & pivot tables), Word, Access, PowerPoint (Creating presentations & training material), Outlook, & Publisher
  • Ability to prioritize and organize assigned tasks effectively 
  • Ability to use sound judgment and initiative to accomplish all job duties and assignments
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, pen-man ship, associate relations, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize duties. 
  • Must be willing and able to continue training and development on existing systems or programs as needed
  • Must be able and willing to work the night shift, weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
  • Must be able to make presentations and perform training to individual and groups.
  • Assist with the administration, development, and training of company policies, procedures, and certifications
  • Must be willing to support special projects and programs as assigned 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, with no traffic violations and willingness to operate PIV’s when required
  • Must have excellent attendance, good attitude, be punctual, and be trustworthy
  • Must be able to demonstrate and advise on proper techniques and practices of all processes and jobs when developing the training material for the positions being taught
  • Must be able to follow specific instructions and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other associates
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and self-managed
  • Must be able to learn, train, and certify associates on all warehouse and HMA required PIVs and processes
  • Must be able to learn, train, and administer master associate certifications as needed
  • Must be able and willing to file and do other Associate Services duties as directed and required
  • Must be actively supportive of the Associate Training Program, and NC Circles, and must follow all rules and policies

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule between 1st and 2nd Shift
  • Associate’s degree or 2-3+ years equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work in a Warehouse Environment which consist of walking on concrete floors, and wearing Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, bump caps, shin guards and any other required Safety or PPE
  • Ability to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.
  • Ability to lead project teams and present information to management
  • Must be able and willing to operate machinery and other types of equipment as required
  • Must not have less than 3.5 points during the time of the posting / Must submit resume with job application.

  • The potential candidate must be a full-time associate with a minimum of 3 months of service (Associate cannot be in their New Hire Probationary Period).
  • The potential candidate must not have not received any formal written occurrences other than attendance during the past 12 months.
    • The potential candidate must not have less than 3.5 points during the time of posting. The associate must be eligible the day the posting comes down which is:Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59PM Note: If an associate bids on a Job Posting within their home division, but the open position is on a more preferable shift, the associate will not be restricted based on Attendance Points.
  • The potential candidate cannot have received a transfer from an internal posting from Division to Division within the past 12 months.
  • In addition to signing the bid sheet interested applicants MUST have their resume turned into Associate Services by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59PM
