In this position, you will provide essential maintenance and repair services across multiple premier healthcare locations, including Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Eye Surgical Associates, Nebraska Surgery Center, and Sutton Dermatology + Aesthetics.   Schedule: Full-time (80 hours/pay period) | Monday – Friday | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm   Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repair: Install and repair building fixtures and equipment across all owned and leased properties. Project Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to complete work orders and renovation projects efficiently. Equipment Oversight: Maintain tools and supplies (drills, saws, etc.) to ensure they are safe and ready for use. Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operations, streamline workflows, and provide seamless customer service. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and administrative logs to support facility operations. Emergency Response: Provide critical support for emergency repairs as needed. Requirements High school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant facilities maintenance experience. Valid state driver’s license. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.   Why Join Us?
