Position Summary: Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements Operate industrial power equipment Restock and replenish supplies, as appropriate Perform general maintenance Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Fill in for other positions, as needed Manually lift and move product to restock and repack area, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation Use appropriate manual, or powered material handling equipment (is., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned  QualificationsEducation/Experience: High-School Diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age Previous forklift experience is preferred Required Skills/Abilities: Communication Skills Dexterity Skills Ability to operate a manual, powered pallet jack, or lift Ability to operate a forklift Ability to work with minimal supervision Problem Solving Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with coworkers and supervisor and to operate equipment Work Environment: Works in a warehouse. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months.  May work extended hours to complete loading. Physical Requirements: Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting Ability to push/pull <50 lbs Ability to lift/carry <50 lbs   Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Job Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; occasional Saturdays during peak seasons. 5am to 130p or shift completion  Pay: $19.00 per hour Single or double forklift experience required
