What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Present products, pricing, and financing options
• Create accurate project proposals and quotes
• Guide customers through the decision-making process
• Maintain follow-up communication and deliver exceptional customer service
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred, especially in-home sales, home improvement, retail, or commission-based environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Professional appearance and presentation skills
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Position
