Your Impact & Responsibilities As an Ophthalmic Technician, you are the first point of contact for our patients. You will: Prepare Patients: Room patients and document medical histories, medications, and the primary reason for their visit. Diagnostic Testing: Learn to operate state-of-the-art equipment to perform visual acuity tests and specialized eye imaging. Clinical Support: Assist our ophthalmologists during exams and in-office surgical procedures. Patient Care: Provide a compassionate, professional experience for patients of all ages. Schedule & Location Hours: Full-time (80 hours per pay period). Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible shifts between 6:45 am – 5:00 pm. Travel: Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required. RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Mindset: A genuine interest in healthcare and a "hunger" to learn complex new skills. Attention to Detail: The ability to follow precise medical instructions and manage data accurately. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and a team-first attitude.
