Position Specifics:
Reports To: Service Manager and/or Store Manager
Supervises: None
FLSA Code: Nonexempt
Purpose:
To deliver lawn and garden/agricultural equipment and other various tasks around the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering lawn and garden/agricultural equipment
- Washing and cleaning agricultural and lawn and garden equipment
- Lot work including mowing, trimming and snow removal around the property and buildings
- Keeps equipment on sales lot organized
- Keeps track of sales transfers
- Loading/Unloading equipment
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
Job Requirements:
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used during detailing/washing process
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to climb up and down large agricultural equipment
- Reliable attendance is mandatory
- Timeliness in performing tasks
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license required along with an excellent driving record
- Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment
- Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
- Forklift license preferred
- General knowledge of how to operate agricultural equipment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay Information:
The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $22. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
In Season Hours : Monday-Friday 7am-5pm , Saturday 7am-12pm (rotation)
Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*Off season hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change.*
