Mor Smiles is looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every patient. If you love organization, helping others, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in dentistry.
What You’ll Do
- Support our hygienists chairside throughout the day
- Set up and break down operatories for hygiene appointments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness standards
- Take radiographs (X-ray certification required)
- Assist with charting and hygiene flow
- Keep supplies organized and stocked
- Help patients feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for
- Jump in wherever needed to support the flow of the practice
What We’re Looking For
- X-ray certification required
- CPR/AED certification requiredÂ
- Dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Positive, team-oriented attitude . We support each other every day
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
