The Opportunity

Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Lititz, PA to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence within a skilled nursing and outpatient setting. You'll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that supports safe function and better quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate residents and develop/update treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions and progress residents toward goals
- Document care and outcomes clearly and on time
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care

Required qualifications/skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered approach
- Comfortable working with older adults in post-acute/SNF rehab
