Position Responsibilities:  

  • Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
  • Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
  • Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
  • Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of experience and 4 plus years of management experience
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain insurance coverage in accordance with company and state requirements.
  • Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products 

 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s Degree
