Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst has oversight over surgical services financial, budgetary, purchasing,inventory control, charge and revenue cycle, data reporting, capital planning, business planning andcoordination of strategy functions. Drafts fiscal policies and procedures for surgical services.

 

Delegation scheduling tasks among those within the Outpatient Surgical Services Schedule team,measuring and maintenance of critical patient satisfaction elements, and leading process improvementefforts among the Outpatient Surgical Services Schedule team, registration, and clinical departments.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors of Science or equivalent work experience in Finance or Accounting upon hire
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a complex business setting
  • Minimum of 1 year of health care experience

 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 3-5 years of healthcare management
