- Operate Fadal CNC machining centers with Fanuc controls.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and setup sheets.
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine operations and make approved tool wear offset adjustments as required.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain production records and report machine or quality issues to supervision.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance activities.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
       Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of Fanuc controls and CNC machining operations.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, and geometry.
