As a Senior Warehouse Specialist, you'll make valuable contributions to the organization by handling client relationships and helping to drive our clock hardware business forward for the WorkForce Software (WFS) suite of products. The Senior Warehouse Specialist will work closely with sales, clients, and vendors to address and resolve order issues and ensure order efficiency, resulting in the proper billing of orders and reconciliation of revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving post-fulfillment problems to ensure our clients’ issues are addressed quickly and completely. 

To thrive in this role, you will continuously improve internal processes while serving as a subject matter expert and proactively communicating accurate order updates to vendors, clients, and project teams to support exceptional client service. You’ll coordinate schedules and shipments across departments, research and resolve invoicing issues per guidelines and SLAs while supporting finance and audit teams with reconciliation and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities 

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Collaborate Cross Functionally with teams like Sales, to obtain required order documentation while delivering an excellent, seamless clients experience that emphasizes ease of doing business.
  • Demonstrate superb attention to detail, urgency and critical thinking to process and complex domestic and international orders.
  • Multi-Task. You’l be responsible for reviewing contracts and order documentation for accuracy and completeness while tracking deals through revisions and product delivery.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functions
  • Strong knowledge of order management, and billing policies, processes, and systems
  • Possesses basic inventory management understanding
  • Basic financial understandings with excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Capability to exercise mature judgement
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances

 

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: 

  • Experience noted above OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
