Hospice Home Health Aide - CNA | Legacy Lifecare Hospice and VNA
$20.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience
PRN | Monday ā Friday | 8:00AM ā 4:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' physical condition, comfort, behavior, and needs to the hospice nurse or care team.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for patients and their families.
- Offer emotional support and companionship while respecting patient dignity, preferences, and end-of-life care goals.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current, active MA CNA certification
- Minimum 1-year CNA experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
- Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English ā both verbally and written
