We're looking for a motivated and skilled General Technician with a strong background in both automotive systems and camper/RV builds. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and takes pride in high-quality, detail-oriented work. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including installing suspension lift kits, wiring accessories such as lights and winches, diagnosing mechanical issues, and working with cabinetry, plumbing, and both 12V and 110V power systems. You'll work on a range of vehicles from Sprinters and Transits to full-size trucks, helping us deliver reliable top-tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install interior components including cabinetry, flooring, and wall panels
- Run and terminate 12V and 110V wiring, solar systems, and electrical components
- Install plumbing systems including fresh water, grey water, and related fixtures
- Fabricate and install custom brackets, mounts, and structural components
- Install suspension systems, lift kits, and chassis-level modifications
- Mount and integrate appliances, HVAC units, and auxiliary systems
- Follow build sheets and production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Perform quality control checks at each stage of the build process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve build processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive and/or RV/camper systems
- Strong hands-on skills with suspension, wiring, and diagnostics
- Familiarity with camper systems such as cabinetry, plumbing, and power
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Logistics:
- Location: On-site in Longmont, CO
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4/10's with occasional overtime availability
