Up To Par Cleaning is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing window-cleaning team!

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Cleaning screens, tracks, frames, and sills
• Safely using ladders and water-fed pole equipment
• Working efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Following all company procedures and safety standards

Ideal applicants will:

• Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Be physically able to lift equipment and climb ladders
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Have window-cleaning experience—preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
