What You'll Do

• Clean residential and commercial windows to the highest standards.
• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using professional equipment.
• Clean window tracks, screens, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, and traditional window cleaning tools (training provided).
• Work safely and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Up To Par Cleaning with professionalism and integrity.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoys working outdoors in a physically active environment.
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Is comfortable working on ladders and at heights (training provided).
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right individual who is eager to learn and committed to excellence.
