Overview SMOSH is looking for a highly organized, execution driven Marketing Coordinator to support cross-functional projects from strategy through rollout in a fast-paced digital entertainment space. This role serves as the operational hub of the Marketing team, overseeing workflows, ensuring timelines remain on track, and facilitating seamless communication & collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, thrives in project management tools like Monday.com, and has a strong passion for YouTube, pop culture, and online video production.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Marketing Support: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Smosh programming, live events, talent initiatives, partnerships and company announcements. Coordinate assets, copy, approvals, publishing timelines and partner deliverables from campaign kickoff through launch and recap, while analyzing performance metrics and recurring business data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate creative requests for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, maintain reporting metrics, and update business trackers to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee Project Coordination & Workflows: Be the go-to person for the Marketing team, ensuring projects move efficiently from kickoff through completion.
- Manage and maintain Monday.com boards, workflows, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain timelines, task assignments, and deadlines, proactively communicating risks or adjustments.
- Coordinate work across Social, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Own the creative intake process: ensuring requests are scoped, prioritized, and documented via clear creative briefs before work begins.
- Cross-Functional Communication & Information Management: Attend pre-production, creative, logistics & post-mortem meetings; capture detailed notes, track action items, and proactively ask clarifying questions to eliminate ambiguity and keep projects moving forward.
- External Marketing & Partner Liaison: Manage routine communications and collaboration with external stakeholders (including PR, distribution, platform, and promotional partners).
- Serve as point of contact; guaranteeing that information, assets, and approvals required to hit project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of coordination experience in marketing, live events, digital media, entertainment environment
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar) andÂ
- Strong data management skills, particularly in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, meme culture, and social listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Passion for YouTube, social media trends, and internet culture
- Copywriting experience for digital media is a bonus
