We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative operations of our office to ensure efficient workflow and superior organizational standards. This position requires a dependable individual who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming office environment.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute office documents, reports, and memos as required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
