Job Description
POP MART AMERICAS Inc., in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an Operations Specialist to analyze operational and market data, support store openings and ROBOSHOP projects, maintain dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to improve business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply quantitative analysis and operations research methods, including trend analysis, data modeling, and forecasting, to support business decisions.
- Analyze New Store Opening (NSO) project data, including timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics, to optimize execution.
- Maintain and enhance operational data systems and develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting and business insights.
- Evaluate daily store operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support SOP development and optimization through workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of ROBOSHOP projects in the U.S. market by analyzing logistics and operational performance data.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Quantitative analysis
- Data modeling and forecasting
- Data visualization using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Operational reporting
- Supporting data-driven business decision-making
