This position is classified as structured hybrid, with an expectation of a minimum of three (3) days per week working in the office and flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. JOB DESCRIPTION

This position can work remotely, anywhere in the United States.

Job Summary:

The Third-Party Risk Management Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that external vendors, suppliers, and partners adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively. The coordinator will support risk management processes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct thorough reviews of third-party agreements and risk assessment

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to senior risk management personnel.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME鈥檚) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, BSA/AML, Information Security, Legal, Compliance) to evaluate third party profiles and ensure appropriate controls are in place.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track and report on risk assessment status, issues, and remediation efforts to relevant stakeholders

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform reputational and financial risk reviews

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in monitoring third party compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update TPRM鈥檚 system of record, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support audits and assessments related to third-party risk management.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 1 year experience working within Third Party Risk Management

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 1 year experience utilizing GRC tools, such as LogicGate, RSA Archer, ServiceNow, etc.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent organization and time management.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred.

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $57,500 to $86,300 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate鈥檚 geographical location.
