About the Role:
DYSEC 360 is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Guards for an upcoming event in Los Angeles. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a safe environment while providing excellent customer service and handling situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor event premises to ensure safety and security for all attendees.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the venue.
- Assist in managing crowd control and maintaining order during the event.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to event guests.
- Collaborate with event staff and law enforcement as necessary.
- Document any security-related incidents or observations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
- Must possess a valid security guard license for California.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Event Schedule:
- July 1 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 2 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 3 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 4 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 5 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 6 (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – 6 Hours
- July 7 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 8 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 9 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 10 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 11 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM) – 10 Hours
- July 12 (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – 6 Hours
