Baptist Health is looking for a EMS Dispatcher to join our team in Louisville, KY
The position of EMS聽Dispatcher聽is responsible for聽communications with Baptist Health EMS Ambulance Service crews for patients requiring transportation services to and/or from a Baptist Healthcare facility.聽聽They maintain overall accuracy and expediency of collating documentation.聽They must聽maintain聽current knowledge of EPIC software along with specialized products related to EMS patient care reporting.聽This position聽is responsible for聽the integrity of data聽regarding聽the System Service Center EMS Dispatch Center.聽 They聽must practice outstanding聽skill聽at protecting PHI and have exemplary communication and prioritization skills.
Requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Diploma or GED required, EMT education preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 1 year prior dispatch/communication experience required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working knowledge and use of MS Office products
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must obtain Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist (CADS) within 1 year from hire date
