General Job Summary:
Contributes to the design, development, and support of automated business processes across the organization. This role builds reliable automations, performs testing and documentation, and supports production operations under the guidance of senior engineers to help increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor automation health; triage incidents; perform root-cause analysis and deploy fixes
- Maintain runbooks, documentation, and configuration; adhere to governance controls
- Implement small-to-medium automations using approved tools and patterns; follow SDLC and change-management procedures
- Participate in process discovery and requirements gathering; translate user stories into technical tasks
- Develop integrations using APIs, files, and queues; build resilient error handling and retry logic
- Create unit and functional tests; validate non-functional requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement through ticket hygiene, code reviews, and standards
Other Functions:
- Attend meetings and support cross-team collaboration as needed

- Works in office, computer room and conference rooms.
- Minimal travel required.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Â
Experience:Â Â Â
- 0–2 years in automation, application development, or operations
- Familiarity with enterprise automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- Basic proficiency with scripting/programming (Python, C#, JavaScript), SQL, REST APIs
- Understanding of secure development practices and credential management
- Experience with observability/monitoring tools and log analysis
