The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the DCL account management team while directly managing multiple successful client relationships.  The Senior Account Manager takes on the most complex business relationships while fielding all the related details, including setting up new items in our software system, statements of work, project plans, and product/promotion launches. You will closely align with the Client Service Managers with the day-to-day demands of client support. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily warehouse and logistics operations in our fast-paced 3PL environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and exceeding customer expectations. This role is responsible for managing workflow, optimizing productivity, and supporting operational excellence in alignment with DCL Logistics standards and overall business goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the day-to-day Warehouse Department operations including RMA and VAS functions. Provide effective leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals in accordance with Customer specific SLAs and KPIs. Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Conduct training and cross-training for new and existing employees. Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other logistics software to track and manage performance. Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive and communicative work environment. Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout the facility in compliance with OSHA standards.  Adheres to 5S Standards and continuously look for process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned. SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where the temperature is affected by weather conditions Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams. High level of time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office systems is required. Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) is a plus. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or 3PL Logistics environment is required B2B and B2C Operations experience is preferred.  Experience operating Crown Material Handling Equipment such as but not limited to: Forklift, Stand Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, is required. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
