Job Summary
The Streaming Department Associate supports our live-selling streams by making sure the right products get in front of the streamer and the right products end up in the right bins. This role covers two core functions β labeling/feeding the streamer and running β and associates should be prepared to move between both as needed during a shift. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, since accurately matching labels to usernames, buyer numbers, and tote bins is central to the job.
Key Responsibilities
Labeling & Feeding the Streamer
Locate and pull products that are needed for the live stream.
Label products accurately and legibly so each item can be matched to the correct customer and order.
Hand products to the streamer in a timely manner so they can be showcased to viewers without delay.
Keep the product staging area organized so items are easy to find and hand off.
Running
Collect labeled products and identify the tote bin that matches each label.
Carefully verify that the username and buyer number on the label match the username and buyer number on the bin before placing the item.
Place each item in its correct bin, double-checking for accuracy to avoid mislabeled or misplaced products.
Flag any labels, bins, or products that donβt match or look incorrect.
