Role:
Performs functions to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to credit union members, within scope of authority and expertise.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Consistently executes appropriate behaviors consistent with Align CU's values and member service standards to deliver exceptional member experiences.Â
Proactively connects with members to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations.
Achieves all assigned member service and sales goals.
Acquires and maintains all member relationships over the entire lifecycle of the member by identifying and understanding the financial needs of the member.
Recommends appropriate solutions to meet member needs. Consults with and/or makes referrals to product specialists who can assist with meeting specific member needs such as wealth management, real estate and commercial lending, etc.
Completes all member requests including, but not limited to, account opening, personal, automobile, and equity loan applications and closings, mortgage applications, servicing requests, issuing and maintaining debit cards, and routine banking transactions. (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, etc.)
Participates in the branch's operational tasks such as audits, cash settlements, ATMs, and cash recyclers, for dual control purposes.
Participates in opening and closing branch procedures.
Develops and deepens member relationships by taking ownership to resolve member issues efficiently. Assists members with basic to complex situations.
Maintains a strong knowledge of all credit union products and services to promote opportunities to introduce the member to all options available.
Executes all sales, servicing, banking transactions and operational tasks accurately. Follows all credit union security and compliance policies and procedures, including Employee Accuracy policy.
Continuously increase knowledge and skills through self-motivation, formal education, seminars, and in-house training.
Administers supervisor overrides for restricted transactions appropriately and within assigned limits to approve and take responsibility for the transaction.
Maintains a strong advanced knowledge of legal aspects of deposit accounts including Power of Attorney, Trusts, and deceased members.
Adheres to Align Cu's policies and procedures. Responsible for compliance with the following regulations: OFAC, BSA, and other regulations as required.
Allow members access to their Safe Deposit Boxes. Open and closed Safe Deposit Boxes as needed. (Hale St. only)
Become and maintain status as a Notary Public and NMLS.
Assist supervisory team in educating, motivating and coaching branch staff to fulfill sales and service opportunities, goals, and credit union objectives.
Trains and coaches less experienced team members.

The expected base pay rate offered for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications
Fluctuating schedule-Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM and Saturdays 8:45AM-12:30PM.
