Direct and guide  the Live Haul Department to  ensure on time delivery of birds to plant.
Duties/Activities Required by Job     Â
- Oversee daily scheduling of live bird pick up, coordinate with production, processing, live haul transportation to ensure proper scheduling. Â Ensure all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
- Lead and develop team. Â Encourage training to build competency and commitment
- Maintain records, create reports on deliveries and staffing. Â Adhere to all Animal Welfare policies
- Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Â Ensure catching crews and live haul drivers adhere to Mountaire safety policies.
- Interact with contract drivers and catch crews,
Educations/Experience Requirements  Â

- BA or 3yrs management experience
- 2+yrs in Live Haul Management
Great written and verbal communication skills
