On The Way Heating & Air is looking for experienced HVAC installers and lead installers who can perform complete residential air-conditioning installations from start to finish—and do the work at a top professional standard.

Earning Potential

Top producers may earn $130,000–$300,000+ per year, with Potential for advancment based on production, skill, leadership, and results. Actual compensation depends on experience, completed work, performance, and final agreed pay structure. We pay well for installers who can produce quality work, pass inspections, avoid callbacks, and represent the company professionally.

You Must Be Able to Install

•Complete split-system AC and heat-pump systems
•Air handlers, package units, and attic systems
•Ductwork, plenums, transitions, boots, returns, and supply runs
•Refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, and charging
•Condensate drains, secondary pans, float switches, and safety controls
•Electrical connections, disconnects, thermostats, and low-voltage controls
•Indoor-air-quality equipment, including media filters, UV lights, air cleaners, and dehumidifiers
•Equipment stands, platforms, line sets, insulation, and service access

We expect inspection-passing, top-notch workmanship every time. Installations must be safe, clean, properly supported, correctly sealed, serviceable, documented, and completed according to code and manufacturer requirements. We do not want installers who cut corners, leave messy jobs, create callbacks, or need constant supervision. We want professionals who take ownership of the installation and do it right the first time.

Requirements

•Proven residential HVAC installation experience
•Ability to complete a full installation or lead a crew
•EPA 608 certification
•Valid driver’s license
•Strong understanding of ductwork, airflow, refrigerant systems, condensate, electrical, and IAQ
•Ability to work in Florida attics, tight spaces, heat, and demanding jobsite conditions
•Must be able to provide photos of your own completed HVAC installations
